The site sits close to a major I-15 interchange, which matters more than it might sound like. A dealership tucked into a side street depends on people already knowing it's there. A site built along the interstate corridor gets found by people who aren't looking yet.
The development's stated focus is on luxury, high-performance, and EV-centric brands, with more names expected to be announced as construction continues. Findlay Hyundai is confirmed as one of the auto mall's anchor dealerships — a strong fit given Hyundai's own EV-forward lineup, including the IONIQ 6, IONIQ 9, and Kona Electric, plus hybrid versions of the Tucson, Santa Fe, and Elantra.
