Lots of service which added up, but they forgot to give me my $30 discount that they mailed to me. The waiting room is well stocked, but I had to wait twice to get it all done right. If they did it right the first time, I would have been out of there in just a few minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.

Excellent service from the first contact online with Jason Harrison who introduced us to our sales persons Nate and a trainee named Cole. These two gentlemen were great to work with and they got us a deal we couldn’t pass up. They were professional as well as welcoming. Went over all the bells and whistles of our new Tucson hybrid. The dealership facility was impressive and I know I will be happy with the service there going forward. Kudos to Tyson in finance who was very thoughtful and helpful.

We bought our car at Findlay Hyundai St. George and were very pleased with the sales associates and the transaction experience. When we returned it yesterday for its first oil change, the service department was very friendly, but it took an hour and 20 minutes to get an oil change, tire rotation, and fluids checked and topped off. It seemed excessive.

They exceeded my expectations. I was frustrated and embarrassed with the simplicity of the issue, and their solution was very customer centric. I won’t forget.

They’ve always treated us well this is our fourth vehicle to purchase from them. Dave was amazing.

Overall, my experience was mixed. I purchased a used vehicle that was not detailed well when it was sold to me. There was pet hair all over the back of the seats and throughout the vehicle. I took it back, and after having it for about four hours, only the third row had really been cleaned. The rest of the vehicle looked largely untouched. After I expressed my frustration, they apologized, gave me a loaner car, and kept my vehicle longer to try to make it right. I do appreciate that they made the effort. Unfortunately, when I got my vehicle back, it had a terrible odor from whatever products were used during the detailing. It’s not a clean, fresh smell it’s unpleasant enough that I don’t enjoy driving my car. Instead of being excited about my purchase, I now have to pay out of pocket to have it professionally detailed again in hopes of getting rid of the odor. I understand mistakes happen, and I do believe they tried to make it right. However, after multiple trips back to the dealership and the inconvenience of being without my vehicle, I feel the least they could have done was provide a true full detail and fill the gas tank as a gesture of goodwill. I was excited to buy this vehicle, but instead I’ve been dealing with issues that should have been addressed before it was sold. That’s disappointing. Otherwise we like the car itself but even my kids complain of the smell after they had it for 2 days.
