I told myself that I would never buy a vehicle here in St George because of all the horror stories I’ve heard. We stopped in just to inquire about a Hyundai they had and ended up purchasing it. Overall, my experience was mixed. I purchased a used vehicle that was not detailed well when it was sold to me. There was pet hair all over the back of the seats and throughout the vehicle. I took it back, and after having it for about four hours, only the third row had really been cleaned. The rest of the vehicle looked largely untouched. After I expressed my frustration, they apologized, gave me a loaner car, and kept my vehicle longer to try to make it right. I do appreciate that they made the effort. Unfortunately, when I got my vehicle back, it had a terrible odor from whatever products were used during the detailing. It’s not a clean, fresh smell it’s unpleasant enough that I don’t enjoy driving my car. Instead of being excited about my purchase, I now have to pay out of pocket to have it professionally detailed again in hopes of getting rid of the odor. I understand mistakes happen, and I do believe they tried to make it right. However, after multiple trips back to the dealership and the inconvenience of being without my vehicle, I feel the least they could have done was provide a true full detail and fill the gas tank as a gesture of goodwill. I was excited to buy this vehicle, but instead I’ve been dealing with issues that should have been addressed before it was sold. That’s disappointing. Otherwise we like the car itself but even my kids complain of the smell after they had it for 2 days.

I have taken my Santa Fe to this service center several times for recalls and I am always treated in the most kind way and they are very efficient, they always give me a free car wash coupon, and I’ve always been happy to return. This last experience I had today moved me to tears when the manager Rob walked with me through my warranty line item charges, and was able to give me the best deal possible when times are tough because I have been unemployed and money is tight when I didn’t expect needing my engine warning light on last week and unplanned repairs. I was so grateful for his understanding and kindness and for the rest of the team that helped me! I highly recommend Findlay Hyundai service for all of your auto service needs in Southern Utah!

Warranty work, appears to have been done correctly, no real way for me to double check, but I do trust them! I was given a loaner to use till my repair was completed which was very nice. Some way my glove compartment latch was broken and car was kept an additional day to repair!!

Treated well, dealership is new and clean. Is well stocked with vehicles. Does have the usual sales staff out front standing around waiting for someone to “help”. My only complaint is that it has been very difficult for me to locate a place to park my vehicle so I could get out of my car. I would give it an (Fail) on that score. Almost left on my first visit. But each time I have gone there it was always a problem. I’m thinking they have so many vehicles to sell they’re short on room to park them all so they utilize customer parking places in front of the store. I’m glad I did not turn around and leave which is my first thought on my first visit. But now that I have purchased a Vehicle just continue to put up with it. I’m sure management will think of some way to deal with that problem soon.

I’m glad we gave them a second chance because Steven (salesmen) is the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. My vehicles engine decided it was time to go to Hyundai engine heaven on I15 north of St George. I had my vehicle towed to Findlay Hyundai and they were extremely nice and helpful right from the start. Nani helped me through the whole warranty process and was very informative. She kept me up to date during the process and always took my calls and answered my questions. Findlay Hyundai replaced my engine and Hyundai shipped my car back to Oregon for me.
